I’ve had a few people ask, but yes, I’m back to doing commissioned stories. I have three lined up at the moment, and one is novella length. I’m a little backed up and will be working on what I have for the next couple of weeks, but I would be able to get to more after that.
I charge $10 per 1,000 words, but I will only take the story if I think I can do it justice. I’m willing to write some pretty dark and/or sexy stuff, but even I have some limits. 😉
I tend to like doing commissions as collaborations. I’ll give you access to the Google doc where I write it. You are free to comment/edit/watch as I go on your story. Or not. Up to you. I like for you to have input into the creative process if you’d like it, so that the story really meets your expectations.
I do retain the rights to my work, so I can post it or publish it as I see fit. However, you will receive delivery of the story before anyone else has it. If you would like me to ghostwrite something for your eyes only, I’m open to that, but we would need to negotiate what that looks like. I’ve only done one of those in the past.
